About us

Mala’a Information Technology is a company incorporated in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“KSA”) and is authorized and regulated by SAMA (The Saudi Central Bank) to develop financial products and services within its Regulatory Sandbox (“Sandbox”).

Mala’a Financial Technology for securities Business is a company incorporated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its authorized and regulated by CMA (The Capital Markets Authority) to develop financial products and services within its Regulatory Fintech Lab (“Fintech Lab”) collectively known as “Mala’a”.

Mala’a from time to time will partner up with and/or outsource certain business activities to third parties.

Your account and password

You must not disclose it to any third party. In setting up your user account, you may be prompted to enter additional optional information (e.g., your address).

You represent that all information provided by you is accurate and current. You agree to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current.​

We have the right to disable any user account or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.​If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user account or password, you must promptly notify us at: support@malaa.tech

In order that we can authenticate users have a wide variety of options, including email & password, Google OAuth, Phone OTP and Apple ID (IOS Only).no other type of authentication is acceptable.

Accessing our site

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Applicable law

These terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by Saudi law. We both agree that the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will have exclusive jurisdiction.

This agreement is in English and all communications with you will be in English.
